To provide the service, you grant PT Fineka Teknologi Nusantara a limited right to host, process, display, calculate, back up, and transmit that information only as reasonably required to provide and operate Fineka for you.
Fineka does not acquire ownership of your financial records merely because they are stored or processed through the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Fineka does not independently verify every balance, transaction, asset, investment, liability, debt, receivable, or other financial record entered by you.
Personal data processing through Fineka is further described in the Fineka Privacy Policy .
Nature of financial information
Fineka may generate calculations such as Net Position, budget indicators, goal progress, reports, financial health scores, and insights based on information you provide.
Fineka's information and calculations are intended to help you organise and understand your own information. They are not investment, credit, tax, insurance, terms, or other professional advice.
Fineka does not act as a bank, lender, securities company, investment broker, investment adviser, insurance company, or professional financial adviser.
Financial decisions you make based on information shown in Fineka remain your responsibility.
Plans and access periods
Essentials
Essentials provides access to Fineka for one year from activation or as otherwise stated when you purchase the plan.
When access expires, some or all application functionality may be restricted until the plan is renewed.
Expiration of an Essentials plan does not by itself mean that account data is immediately deleted. Retention remains governed by the Fineka Privacy Policy .
Independents
Independents provides access without an annual renewal fee for as long as the Fineka service remains operational and your account remains valid under these Terms.
Lifetime access refers to the operational lifetime of the Fineka service. It does not refer to the lifetime of an individual user and is not an unconditional promise that a particular service, feature, platform, or technology will remain available forever.
Fineka may migrate platforms, replace technology, modify features, change its architecture, or change the way the service is delivered over time.
Pricing and payment
The applicable plan price will be shown on the website, application, checkout page, or another official Fineka channel before payment.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan, price, payment method, and transaction information before completing payment.
Fineka may change pricing for future purchases.
A future price change does not automatically alter a transaction that has already been successfully completed.
Fineka may correct an obvious pricing error caused by a technical issue, input error, or system error and may contact the affected user where appropriate.
Promotions and coupons
Promotional codes may be subject to expiry dates, usage limits, eligible plans, redemption limits, or additional conditions.
Promotions have no cash value and may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments processed through Midtrans
Fineka may use Midtrans as a payment processing infrastructure provider.
Available payment methods may include methods provided or facilitated by Midtrans, banks, card issuers, e-wallet providers, virtual account providers, and related financial partners.
Midtrans' role in processing a payment does not make Midtrans the seller or provider of the Fineka application. PT Fineka Teknologi Nusantara remains the operator and provider of the Fineka service to users.
Certain transaction information may be processed by Midtrans, banks, card issuers, e-wallet providers, virtual account providers, or another payment channel selected by you.
Their processing may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Fineka will not ask you to send your banking PIN, OTP, banking password, or payment-service authentication credentials through Fineka support channels.
Payment status
Paid access will generally be activated once Fineka receives a valid successful payment confirmation.
- Success / Settlement / Capture: may be treated as successful depending on the characteristics of the payment method.
- Pending: payment is still awaiting completion and access may not yet be activated.
- Failed / Denied / Cancelled / Expired: payment is not considered successful and paid access does not have to be activated.
Payment status displayed by Fineka may require some time to update after the status changes on the relevant payment channel.
If your bank account, card, or payment balance has been debited but your Fineka access has not been updated, contact bantuan@fineka.id and provide the relevant payment reference.
Duplicate payments
Suspected duplicate payments may be verified against Fineka, Midtrans, and relevant payment-provider transaction records.
If a duplicate payment is confirmed, Fineka may make an appropriate adjustment, including a refund where applicable, subject to the payment provider's processing mechanism and applicable requirements.
Refunds and cancellation
Fineka is a digital service and access may be activated immediately after successful payment.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at purchase, successfully completed payments where digital access has already been activated are generally final.
Fineka may nevertheless review refund requests in circumstances including:
- a verified duplicate payment;
- successful payment where access was never activated and the issue could not be resolved;
- a suspected unauthorised transaction subject to payment-provider investigation;
- a verified Fineka transaction-system error;
- a transaction that must be reversed following the resolution of a payment dispute; or
- another circumstance required by law.
A change of mind, failure to use the service, failure to use particular features, or forgetting to use purchased access does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Refund requests may be submitted to bantuan@fineka.id .
Fineka may request transaction information reasonably required to verify the request.
Refund timing and method may depend on Midtrans, the relevant bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, virtual account provider, or other payment channel.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indonesian law.

- a breach of these Terms;
- fraud or abuse;
- attempts to compromise service security;
- use of Fineka for unlawful activity;
- attempts to obtain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
- a chargeback or payment dispute being investigated;
- measures reasonably required to protect Fineka or its users;
- a security risk requiring temporary restriction; or
- a terms requirement.
Where reasonably possible and appropriate in the circumstances, Fineka may provide notice before or after a restriction is imposed.
Users may also request account closure using the mechanism provided by Fineka.
Deletion of information following account closure is governed by the Fineka Privacy Policy .

Unless otherwise stated, Fineka's software, source code, design, interface, logo, name, illustrations, documentation, product copy, systems, databases, interface concepts, and other materials developed for Fineka are owned by PT Fineka Teknologi Nusantara or used under an applicable licence, permission, or other lawful right.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Fineka's intellectual property to you.
Third-party trademarks, logos, technology, software, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
The Fineka name and visual identity may not be used in a manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement, approval, or an official relationship without permission.

Fineka may depend on or integrate with third-party providers for certain parts of the service.
These providers may include:
